10 Minute Full Body Workout

Short on time but want to squeeze a workout in?

Try this 10 minute full body workout that will have you burning calories all day!

Make sure you warm up for 5 minutes before hand and cool down for 5 minutes after. If you have got some dumbbells use them.

Push till you can’t, rest till you can.

This 10 minute workout will have your resting metabolic rate fired up by up to 21% over the next 3 days. Do this workout x4 a week to help keep your metabolic rate revved all day. It will make a big difference to how you feel and look.

1 min squats holding a dumbbells if you have some  (stopping if you need to rest)

High knees for 1 min

1 min press ups full or on your knees (stopping if you need to rest)

High knees for 1 min

1 min full sit ups or ½ sit ups use a dumbbell to make it more challenging if you have one (stopping if you need to rest)

High knees for 1 min

1 min tricep dips using your bottom step or a sturdy bench if you have one (stopping if you need to rest)

High knees 1 min

1 min hold the plank full or ½ plank (stopping if you need to rest)

High knees 1 min
