Why I love Kate’s classes
After 2 classes a week for over 5 years, I never get bored. Always a different but very beneficial routine. Kate is an expert on fitness and nutrition, at all levels offering personal alternatives when required. We always get a first class workout but also have fun with a great group of people too.
Kate’s community Pilates and Metabolic Effect classes are a fantastic way to keep fit and stay in shape. Kate motivates and guides you throughout. The classes are tailored to suit all abilities and leave you feeling energised, relaxed and ready for the next day’s events.
I have to say through doing this, it has made me realise that it isn’t about being skinny. Its about being healthy and fit and enjoying life. It’s not worrying about being a size 8 which is great. It’s given me a lot more confidence in my body and fitness :))
